More specifically, i.NEXTRA designs and develops software customized dashboards, in the Asset & Facility Management field, able to support the needs of all the different actors involved in the daily management and maintenance of buildings and facilities activities, capable of managing the entire activity of “Preventive Maintenance” (and monthly – annual related plans) and “Maintenance on Condition” (connected with any Building Automation systems), as well as the whole process of the corrective maintenance ranging from the managements of the requests of the customers, to the coordination of any other outsourcer, integrated with the auditing function.
i.NEXTRA’s systems are designed to “qualify” the received services and any deviation from the KPi defined by the Customer and requested to your own structure or to an outsourcer.
The development of alerting systems are natural complements and they are able to detect immediately the fields and the situations that need refining.
Data is relaunched on designated dashboards able to offer a complete and punctual observation of monitored data real time, together with all the historized statistics useful in comparative analysis.
